Careers Day Event – Farnham Heath End School

Our Operations Manager, Aidan Munnelly, recently teamed up with Carly Robson and Ioana Andrei from Balfour Beatty plc to participate in a careers day event at Farnham Heath End School, representing the NEAR scheme.

Aidan had the opportunity to engage with the students throughout the day, presenting his own career progression and discussing the abundant opportunities within the construction industry. He highlighted the diverse pathways available and inspired the students by showing what a career in construction can offer.

The event was full of energy and enthusiasm, though it did manage to catch a few sleepy heads along the way! We’re excited to continue inspiring the next generation and showing them the promising future they can have in our field.
