Meaningful day at Christopher’s
Our Operations Manager, Aidan Munnelly, recently spent a meaningful day volunteering at Christopher’s – part of Shooting Star Children’s Hospices.
Christopher’s plays a vital role in providing care for children and their families at some of the most challenging times in their lives. Their compassionate care helps create precious memories and eases the burdens these families face. This charity is so important, and their work is a true testament to the power of community and care.
A huge thank you to Ellie Chapman from Balfour Beatty for organising the day and bringing people together for such a worthwhile cause.

We were proud to join others from across the industry — shoutout to Alfie Hunter & George King (Balfour Beatty), Claire Lautier MCIPS (AtkinsRéalis), and Katie Goodwin, LLB (Danny Sullivan Group) for your dedication and teamwork.
Special thanks to Tommy Gale for hosting us and showing us around the wonderful facility. Your dedication and passion for the work being done at Christopher’s is truly commendable!
This experience was a powerful reminder of the importance of coming together to support our community. 💪💙
